I'm Phil Williams, founder of Peoplestack au. I've spent 10+ years inside Australian startups, scale-ups, and SMEs — implementing HR tech stacks, building the people operations around them, and partnering with leadership on the strategy that ties it all together. I've also sat on the product side of an HR platform, which means I understand how the systems work from the inside, not just as an end user.
