I'm Phil Williams, founder of Peoplestack au. I've spent 10+ years inside Australian startups, scale-ups, and SMEs — implementing HR tech stacks, building the people operations around them, and partnering with leadership on the strategy that ties it all together. I've also sat on the product side of an HR platform, which means I understand how the systems work from the inside, not just as an end user.

Peoplestack au exists to close that gap. Whether that's getting more out of the tools you already have, implementing something new, or building the people ops foundations that let your business scale without the wheels falling off — that's the work. People strategy and technology, working together.
